A Group & 1:1 Coaching programme in South London.

Want time and space to think clearly, so you can make a change in life or work?

TheKateOutdoors and Grounded Coaching  are collaborating (again!). Life coaches who work outdoors for better thinking and wellbeing.

  • Spend time outdoors - in one of South London’s favourite (and most beautiful) parks?

By working together as a group and with Kate and Janine, you’ll leave with:

  • An understanding of the changes you need to make in your life

  • A plan of action to move forwards

  • Tools to manage your thinking and mindset

  • A renewed connection with nature and the world around you

  • New connections with other fabulous people

Here's how it's going to work:

This summer, A Pause Outdoors will give you the best of both worlds; A combination of group and 1:1 Coaching. You will have the opportunity to share with and learn from the group, balanced with the time and space to focus 100% on you with a 1:1 Coach.

Group Session 1:  The tune-in session. 13th June. 6.30-8.30pm. Beckenham Place Park


In this session we’ll get to know eachother and start to understand the changes we are wanting to make. Broadly, we will explore:


  • Why are we here?

  • How nature helps us think and feel better

  • Taking our thoughts into nature

  • Getting a handle on what changes we need / want to make. 

  • We will work together in small groups/pairs to share, listen and explore. 


We will finish the session with an action plan of what’s next.



Sessions 2 & 3: The exploration sessions. These will be 1:1 sessions with either Kate or Janine. You will have 2 of these between 20th June and 15th July (times to be individually arranged)


Walking in nature, either in person, on the phone or online (yes, we can still use nature this way!). These individual sessions will help clarify what you want to achieve and flesh out how you can do it.  Give that thing on your mind some proper thinking and doing time.


Group Session 4: The reflection session. 18th July. 6.30pm. Beckenham Place Park


This group session will allow us to come together as a group again. Broadly we will cover:


  • Reflect on the progress we have made

  • Share the hows and whys

  • How nature has helped us

  • Get out into nature.

  • What we plan to do next


What else do I get?


Throughout the programme Kate & Janine will always be available for support, and we will create a safe space for all attendees to connect with one another. 


We will also give you a Coaching Journal with space for your reflections and thoughts, plus exercises to help you deepen your thinking. 


That’s a lot!


Yes, we know! All in all you will get 6 hours of Coaching, a Coaching journal, unlimited support from qualified Coaches. Over 5 weeks. 

We think it represents pretty good value and we want to make this accessible to as many people as possible. Hence we have an early bird offer of £195 on until 27th May.
