You know you want to make a change but you’re not sure what, how or just where to begin. So you just keep on whirling (You make it look pretty good from the outside, but you’re most definitely not feeling so amazing on the inside).

To help you make proper, long lasting changes, Coaching with me means 3 things: 


1: Taking a pause from your life

2: Reconnecting with yourself

3: Growing from a place of authenticity


And we will use the outdoors to help us along the way.

How does it work?

Coaching works best over time, so I'll always recommend you invest in a programme of sessions. Sessions are 1 hour and spaced 2-3 weeks apart. But a lot of the work happens in between sessions, so I'll supply you with a workbook where we can keep track, make notes and share development ideas. ​

We’ll look backwards, as well as forwards, understanding ALL of you.  This will help you to build the confidence to take control of where you are now, and make some awesome plans for what’s next.  

As part of the Coaching process you will be encouraged to get outside and reconnect with the great outdoors (even just your local park).  Because Nature has a way of getting us out of our heads and back into the world around us - the ultimate way of feeling Grounded. 


I won’t demand that you go and hug a tree or lie in a field (although I would highly recommend it if you like that sort of thing!). But I will encourage you to take yourself out for a walk, to use nature to help you think more deeply, more creatively, to really get in touch with yourself.
